Hi, I’m Mina - a yoga instructor, creative explorer, and fellow traveller, walking this beautiful, imperfect path of healing and self-discovery.

I created Mindful Motion as a hub for self exploration, a soft, welcoming space for people to reconnect with themselves, embrace their stories, and rediscover their natural creativity, whether that’s through movement, art, writing, or simply living more intentionally.

Like you, I’ve carried the weight of life’s fast pace, the pressure to meet expectations, and the quiet ache of unspoken emotions. Yoga, creativity, and mindfulness have been my sanctuary, a way to come home to myself, to slow down, and to remember that I am enough as I am.

Im learning all that I can about myself and taking the time get to know what spirituality means to me because it comes in many different forms for each person.
